Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for telecommunications projects.
- Collaborate with the project team to understand the scope, specifications, and requirements affecting project costs.
- Administration of NEC contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions including payment applications/valuations and compensation events.
- Assist in preparing and evaluating contract documentation, including change orders, variations, and claims.
- Undertake site measures of work completed.
- Produce final account assessments for internal approval. · Any data analysis required to support the contract administration process.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
- Contribute to the identification and resolution of any financial issues that may arise during project execution.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to identify and assess potential risks associated with costs and contracts.
- Assist in implementing risk mitigation strategies to minimise financial and contractual exposure.
Skills/Must have:
- Assistant QC Experience
- Experience with NEC Contract Compliance
- Telecoms Experience
