Active Directory SME - System Intergrator

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level AD infrastructure for scalability and security.
• Lead the planning and deployment of AD services, including domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
• Develop and enforce AD policies to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Monitor and optimize AD performance through proactive tuning and troubleshooting.
• Manage AD security, access controls, and auditing.
• Plan and execute AD upgrades and migrations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Stay current with AD technology trends.

Skills/Requirements:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (Top Secret preferred).
• CompTIA Security+ certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of AD experience in large-scale environments.
• Expertise in AD architecture, security, and migration tools.
• Experience with VMware and PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of DISA STIGs and security frameworks.

Salary:   

• $140,000 - $185,000 annually depending on experience and candidate qualifications.
