We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our client's team in driving growth and building strong relationships within our client's telco services division.
You will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of telco services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including revenue forecasts, sales pipelines, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in account management within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telco products and services, including internet, mobile, and VoIP solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
