We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our client's team in driving growth and building strong relationships within our client's telco services division.

You will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of telco services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including revenue forecasts, sales pipelines, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in account management within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of telco products and services, including internet, mobile, and VoIP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
