Responsibilities:
- Act as an escalation point on tickets and issues, to the 1st line support desk
- Assist with technical solution design
- Plan and implement customer projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Maintain documentation via ticketing system and sharing knowledge with colleagues
Skills/Must have:
- Networking Experience - Routing/Switching/Firewalls - Diagnosing Faults
- Windows Server Experience
