Our client, a leading Cisco Partner, is seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This opportunity has arisen due to the company's rapid growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior-level support in a 2nd Line capacity.
  • Utilise CCNA/CCNP level skills, with a minimum requirement of CCNA certification.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Routing & Switching issues.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in CCNA, ideally CCNP.
  • Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Expertise in Firewalls.
  • Solid understanding of Routing and Switching.
