We are partnered with a Service Provider that leverages data and creativity to deliver impactful marketing solutions for their clients and they are seeking a 3rd Line Network Support Engineer to join their team.
This is your chance to become the highest technical support role and the go-to leader for all things client networks, servers, M365, cybersecurity, and third-party services.
This isn't just about resolving issues. You'll be a trusted advisor, guiding clients on new project inquiries, customer introductions, service design, and technical consultations. Be the hero who empowers clients and shapes the future of our clients service offerings!
Responsibilities:
- Ability to deal with customers at all levels through an approachable and customer focused style.
- An inquisitive and analytical mind who is service driven.
- The ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written environments.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to juggle a number of tasks at a time whilst tracking the progress of calls.
- Pro-active problem solving and diagnosis skills.
- Good documentation skills including experience in creation and maintenance of systems documentation.
- A methodical and accurate worker, able to manage life cycle of incidents through to conclusion.
- Escalation point for 2nd line engineers
- Working on projects - designing and implementing projects
Skills/Must have:
- Broad Networking experience - Multivendor
- Project experience - designed and implemented - ran with projects
- Good server experience - Physical and Cloud
- Valid driving license, with own car which will be expected to use for client site visits.
- Excellent written skills must be able to demonstrate report writing skills.
