Responsibilities:
- Construction, maintenance, and monitoring of workstations, servers, network equipment, and cloud solutions.
- Providing 3rd-line support within a collaborative 3-tier support team.
- Close collaboration with our client's valued customers in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Nurture client relationships and uphold our reputation for outstanding service.
Skills/Must Have:
- Utilizing a minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT role and solid infrastructure skills.
- Passion for IT and a continuous drive to hone your skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to nurture client relationships.
- Proven experience within a managed service provider (MSP) environment.
- Proficiency in at least 2 of the following Microsoft technologies:
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online / Azure Active Directory / Endpoint Manager)
- Azure IaaS
- Windows Server 2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019 & 2022
