Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for a variety of systems.
- Manage tickets through resolution or escalation, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve personal and team objectives.
- Handle client interactions, manage expectations, and ensure top-rated client feedback.
- Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Cloud (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), SCCM, Office 365, and more.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and technical skills in the IT industry.
- Customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, networking, and security protocols.
- Certifications such as MCSE/MCITP or multiple MCPs are advantageous.
Requirements:
- Resided in the UK for the last 5 years (SC level clearance required after joining).
- National Security Vetting: Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), Security Check (SC).
