Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve network-related support tickets (firewalls, switches, routers, Wi-Fi).
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and escalate where needed.
  • Configure and deploy network devices, apply patches, and perform firmware upgrades.
  • Support projects, implement change requests, and maintain documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service across multiple channels (phone, email, MS Teams, Slack).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years in network support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless networks.
  • Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, Juniper.
  • Understanding of STP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF.
  • CCNA-level knowledge or equivalent experience.
