As a 2nd Line Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing support and installation services primarily to our clientele in the public sector industry. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth operation of LAN/WLAN/Firewalling networks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LAN/WLAN networks
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment.
- Ensure network security measures are implemented and maintained
- Collaborate with the team to perform wireless surveys and optimize network performance.
- Liaise with clients to understand their network requirements and provide effective solutions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with wireless survey work.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
