As a 2nd Line Network Engineer, you'll be integral to our client's mission of providing exceptional support and service. Working alongside industry-leading CCIEs, you'll have the opportunity to dive into the latest Extreme Networks technologies, including Extreme Fabric, EXOS, VOSS, CloudIQ, Identify, and more.
You'll serve as a point of contact for resolving escalated issues related to Extreme Networks products and other solutions, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Resolve 2nd Line escalated issues related to Extreme Networks products and other solutions.
- Manage a diverse range of tasks including Incidents, Service Requests, and project-related tickets.
- Take ownership of support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Investigate and determine root causes of critical issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations for preventive measures.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Extreme LAN/Wireless technologies.
- Experience resolving 2nd Line network issues.
- Knowledge of BGP, OSPF.

- London or Liverpool (Hybrid - 2 days in office per week)
