Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional construction teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Oversee installations ranging from aerial and underground networks to in-home setups, leveraging advanced fiber optic technologies.
  • Manage compliance, reporting progress to executives, and adhering to all regulatory requirements.
  • Drive operational excellence by interpreting splicing diagrams and optimizing productivity and cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of fiber optic construction management experience, with a strong background in FTTH projects.
  • Expertise in splicing, OTDR testing, and XGS-PON technologies.
  • Proficiency with CAD, GIS tools, and construction software.
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually.
