Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional construction teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Oversee installations ranging from aerial and underground networks to in-home setups, leveraging advanced fiber optic technologies.
- Manage compliance, reporting progress to executives, and adhering to all regulatory requirements.
- Drive operational excellence by interpreting splicing diagrams and optimizing productivity and cost efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of fiber optic construction management experience, with a strong background in FTTH projects.
- Expertise in splicing, OTDR testing, and XGS-PON technologies.
- Proficiency with CAD, GIS tools, and construction software.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually.
