Network Systems Administrator - MSP

We are seeking a skilled Network Systems Administrator to join a System INtegrator in Englewood, CO. 

As a Network Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of systems, and providing excellent desktop support to users.

Responsibilities:

• Desktop Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Microsoft Suite: Proficient in installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Active Directory (AD) & Office 365: Manage user accounts, permissions, and policies within Active Directory. Experience with Office 365 administration is essential.
• Windows Desktop and Server: Maintain and support Windows operating systems across desktops and servers.
• Firewall Technologies: Configure and manage Fortigate firewalls to ensure network security.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role as a Network Systems Administrator or related IT position.
• Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
• Hyper-V: Experience with Hyper-V virtualization technology, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Networking Skills: Solid understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs. Experience with Cisco networking equipment.
• MSP Experience: Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is a plus.
• Wireless Networking: Experience with Meraki wireless networking solutions, including access points and cloud-based management.
