Key Responsibilities:

  • Deployment and Support:
    • Manage and execute the deployment of networking, data center, and virtualization solutions.
    • Provide ongoing support to ensure system stability, performance, and security.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Networking:
    • Configure and maintain networking solutions with a focus on Arista technologies.
    • Implement and manage routing protocols, including BGP and OSPF.
    • Monitor and optimize network performance and scalability.
  • Data Center Operations:
    • Oversee the operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure.
    • Ensure optimal system availability and capacity planning.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data center initiatives.
  • Virtualization:
    • Administer and optimize virtualization environments, with a focus on Hyper-V.
    • Support virtual machine provisioning, performance tuning, and resource allocation.
  • Storage Management:
    • Manage and support storage solutions, including SAN and Nutanix.
    • Perform capacity planning and ensure data integrity.
    • Implement backup and disaster recovery processes for storage systems.
  • Design Transition:
    • Gain exposure to system and network design processes under the mentorship of senior architects.
    • Develop the skills and experience needed to take on design responsibilities in future projects.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in deploying and supporting networking, data center, and storage solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Arista networking and routing protocols like BGP and OSPF.
  • Hands-on experience with Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
  • Proficiency in storage technologies, including SAN and Nutanix.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNP, Arista Certified) or virtualization (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
  • Prior experience in design or architecture roles is a plus.
