Responsibilities:

• Lead a newly formed IT Support team consisting of 3 engineers, providing hands-on guidance and direction.
• Offer 2nd/3rd line infrastructure support, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues to maintain operational continuity.

Skills/Must Have:

• Proficiency in Apple Mac support, with a strong understanding of macOS environments.
• Expertise in Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, fostering collaboration and driving team performance.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Jamf products and their integration into IT environments.
• Relevant certifications showcasing expertise in IT support and leadership.
