Hi, nice to meet you I’m Alex, a few facts about me:

Here at Hamilton Barnes, I am part of our RF Team and work with a range of companies, from start-up rigging companies right through to the largest satellite ISPs on a global scale. We work with candidates of all levels and abilities, from trainee engineers right through to C-Level.
A few of my success stories -
- I worked with the UK's largest carrier as they entered into another phase of rapid-growth, looking to take on 247 engineers in over 50 different locations UK-wide. To support this, I personally sourced over 220 Engineers Nationwide, successfully managing them through the process from the skills/suitability qualification up until the Assessment Centres, successfully bulk-recruiting 215 people.
We worked with an ISP as they went through their initial round of funding. We helped them to grow from 5 to 125 heads, placing engineers in the following positions:
- Riggers
- Network Engineers
- RF Engineers
- Network Managers
- Radio Planners
